Is homework a good idea for the summer?

Most children do not like the idea of homework. In fact, hearing the word homework may even encourage them to look the other way. However, homework helps the student in retaining what they have learned. We do not want the summer to wash out an entire grade. A few problems a day can make a huge difference!!!
